Dainyah Mason - BVI Legal Practitioner & Pupil Barrister

Dainyah has been called to the Bar, both in England and Wales, and the British Virgin Islands.

Prior to joining CANDEY in 2023, she worked in the Supervision, Policy and Competition Division of the Financial Conduct Authority and as an Intelligence Analyst at a financial intelligence company, developing a strong foundation of knowledge and practical expertise in fraud and litigation involving High-Net Worth individuals. Dainyah also spent 10 months as an Intern in the Judges’ Chambers at the International Criminal Court, having been awarded the John Steyn Scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn.

Dainyah holds an LLB from the University of Kent, and an LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University. She completed the BPTC at BPP University and received a scholarship to attend the Geoffrey Nice Foundation Masterclass in international criminal law. She will be commencing pupillage with CANDEY in 2024.
