We acted for Peak Hotels in Peak Hotels & Resorts Ltd v. Tarek Investments Ltd & Ors. The case concerned a $400 million joint venture dispute over Aman Resorts, a collection of leading luxury resorts and hotels in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
