Lissy commenced pupillage in September 2021. Before joining CANDEY, Lissy worked at the Ministry of Justice where she advised on a range of legal policy issues, from the creation of new criminal offences to amending regulations related to matrimonial law. During her academic legal studies, Lissy worked as a commercial content writer for a fintech company. Lissy has undertaken a variety of volunteering and pro bono work, including as a representative in a social housing advice and support clinic. Alongside pupillage, Lissy teaches criminal and civil advocacy to transferring practitioners, who are part of the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS).

Lissy is called to the Bar of England and Wales (Inner Temple, 2021).
